Wuthering Heights, published in 1847, was Emily Brontë's only novel. The tale of violent passions it tells is well-known. Charlotte Brontë's preface to a later edition discusses the nature of their relationship in more detail. We hope you enjoy this presentation of Wuthering Heights.
